Policy Matters
Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Invoices are issued upon completion of project milestones or as outlined in the client's specific retainer agreement.
We value time and preparation. For workshops and on-site consultations, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required for rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event incur a 50% service fee.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Loom & Leaf Wellness MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SPECIFIC HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE.
Our consulting services are intended to improve corporate health culture. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician or other healthcare provider. Loom & Leaf Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total financial liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service under dispute.
